The Visit of the Minister of Education of Tajikistan

On April, 23 SSU Vice-rector on questions of international affairs Irina Vladimirovna Yeremenko and the head of SSU department of international affairs Konstantin Ivanovich Kyrychenko welcomed foreign visitors. This time it was the Minister of Education of Tajikistan Abdudzhabbor Azizovich Rakhmanov. Sumy State University always welcomes visitors hospitably and tries to show and tell about our achievements as much as possible. Abdudzhabbor Azizovich came together with the governmental delegation to visit Sumy Region. And the minister decided to visit our university himself. By the way, SSU is the only university in Ukraine which was visited by the minister.

Certainly, first of all Abdudzhabbor Azizovich met SSU Rector, Professor Anatoly V. Vasyl’yev who told about structure, faculties, specialties of our university, our achievements in scientific and other spheres. "It’s a pity, that there are no Tajikistan students at SSU," - the minister said looking through the list of students from different countries that study at our university.

The visitor was strongly impressed by our library which is one of the best in Ukraine and has all modern technologies. "And, in general, our university is one big library", - our Rector said proudly.

It is not the first or the last visitor of SSU. And it is very pleasant that our dear SSU leaves the finest impressions!
