Nobody wanted to study on October, 30-31 at SSU, especially our freshers as they had a holiday of meeting the university – traditional Gold Integral. And now it’s unusual to walk through SSU corridors that became a place for rehearsals for 2 months – dancing, theater, singing… But it’s over and the one who used an opportunity to see it was really lucky. Visitors enjoyed the show for 2 days! And students weren’t economists or engineers, they were real actors. Lots of gratitude for students of 4-5th years for their help and organization! It’s very difficult to teach the one who is completely unprofessional to move, to dance and not to be afraid of the public.
So, this year the winners in nominations were the following:
- Final song: Medical Institute
- Instrumental: Physical-technical Faculty
- Variety Song: Engineering Faculty
- Pantomime: Humanitarian Faculty
- Performance: Economical Faculty
- STEM: Humanitarian Faculty
- Poem: Engineering Faculty
- Classical Dance: Humanitarian Faculty
- Folk Dance: Economical Faculty
- Ball Dance: Mechanical-Mathematical Faculty
- Variety Dance: Economical Faculty
- Folk Song: Engineering Faculty
- Instrumental Solo: Economical Faculty
- Directing: Economical Faculty
So, Economical Faculty is the winner! As I visited the performance both on October, 30 and 31 – I can assure you that the jury was professional and it’s my own opinion. We shouldn’t forget that it’s a contest and we always have a winner and a loser. That’s the matter.
After one of the most exciting SSU contests I remembered words of one of the participants – a student of Economical Faculty. The question was: “What does it mean for you? What does it mean to participate in Gold Integral?” The answer was: “To feel the victory of Gold Integral!”
Thanks a lot to you, freshers, for such a nice holiday, for excitement and emotions! The first stage is behind and soon we’ll have the session. Let it be full of pleasure and positive marks!
